University Housing

Philadelphia Management and Companies creates state-of-the-art university housing that provides upscale apartments, the latest in fire and life safety systems, and the amenities that todays students demand. We finance our projects privately, so there are no capital resources required from a university.

Our portfolio includes several distinguished apartment communities located on or near university campuses. The universities that we work with have found that our modern residences enhance the student experience and are a great recruiting asset. Adding housing close to campus relieves over-subscribed residence halls, allowing universities to meet demand for housing that is convenient to class and social life. Our communities are fully integrated into university campuses; many universities lease large blocks of apartments from us to fold into their own housing needs.
